If a bottle arrives damaged or isn't right for you, let us know within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or refund — no questions asked.

Because this is a skincare formula, we can only accept returns on unopened, unused bottles unless the item arrived faulty. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.
